★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても満足する。出てくるのが遅いし、主人も気むずかしいけど、日本酒とのコラボレーションはたまらない。
コースでゆっくり飲むんだったら、四時間くらいです。
I am always satisfied. It's slow to come out and my husband is hard to come by, but the collaboration with sake is irresistible.
If you drink slowly on the course, it will take about 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @5000のコース頂きましまが、前菜から拘りのある料理、とても美味しかったです。酒も、ビールと日本酒は知らない銘柄ばかりですが、料理に合う味でした。一品一名が工夫されており、三時間掛けてのコースでした。また、利用したいと思いますね。慣れたらアラカルトも良いかと思います。
Although I got a course of @ 5000, the dish was adhered to by the appetizer, it was very tasty. Liquor, as well as beer and sake are just unknown stocks, but it was a taste that fits the dishes. One item was devised and it was a course of three hours. I also would like to use it. I think that à la carte is also good if you get used to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてなのでコースをお願いしました。始めから終わりまで全部美味しく大満足。
豆乳スープ、小松菜の白和え、お刺身、牛握り、全粒粉のうどん、うどんに入れた天かすがメチャメチャ美味しい。フォアグラの茶碗蒸し等々。ブルーチーズ出汁のうどんが食べたかったけどコースだけでお腹一杯。
今度は席だけチャージして単品を取りながら食事をしようと思います。
次回、行くのが楽しみ。
Since this is my first time, I asked for a course. Everything is delicious and very satisfying from the beginning to the end.
Soy milk soup, Japanese mustard spinach with white sauce, sashimi, beef sashimi, whole grain udon noodles, and tempura in udon noodles are delicious. Foie gras chawanmushi and so on. I wanted to eat udon with blue cheese soup stock, but I'm full with just the course.
Next time, I will charge only the seats and eat while taking a single item.
I'm looking forward to going next time.

The best udon and carefully selected sake are very delicious. The offer is slow, but you can have a good time including it. It looks high, and I change my perception that it was rather reasonable when I ate it.

18時過ぎに伺い、料理が出てくるまで40分。一人なら耐えられなかった、、

トリュフ薫る舞茸クリームうどん 半熟燻製卵をのせて 2,420円
店内が混み合っているようには見えませんでしたが、とにかく待ちました。
そしてやっときたと思ったら、すみません黒トリュフがなくって、安くしますんで、と言われ燻製卵が乗った舞茸クリームうどんが。
え？いやいや…ないなら先に言って貰えれば、気になってたブルーチーズの方にしたんだけど…
なんともパンチのない味で、麺もぶよぶよ…
失笑しながら食べていると、店主の方が出てきていまトリュフが届いたんで、と食べさしのところにふりかけて下さりましたが、トリュフなしで持ってきた店員さんにお怒りのようでブツブツ言いながらだし、もう半分食べ終わってるところだし、、
レビューも良く、期待値が高かっただけに残念です。
2000円越えのうどんだし笑
ブルーチーズは1000円ほどだったので、今度こちらを試してみて、それでもダメなら諦めます笑

何を食べても本当に美味しいです。
鮮魚のお造りや米沢牛の軽い炙り、フォアグラの茶碗蒸しは外せません。クオリティがやばいです。うどんも今まで食べた中でこちらのお店が一番美味しいですね。
大切な友人やお客さんなどを連れて行けばきっと喜んでもらえると思います。
A few years ago, I couldn't drink because I didn't like the taste of sake, but my friend took me to this shop and paired it with a rare sake to match an insanely delicious meal. It is the strongest restaurant in my history that has completely transformed into a drinker who is addicted to sake.
No matter what you eat, it's really delicious.
You can't miss the fresh fish sashimi, the lightly roasted Yonezawa beef, and the foie gras chawanmushi. The quality is bad. This shop is the most delicious udon I have ever eaten.
