出汁をしっかりとってあるのがわかるけど、しょっぱい。麺はボロボロと切れて、ツルツル感がない。かき揚げは出来立てを出してくれるよう最後に運んでくれたけど、塊になっておらずボロボロ崩れてて、油っぽい。女将さんの人柄はとてもよい、うどんが届いたとき厨房から、お待たせしました~って声がかかった。

うどんとしてはちょっとお高い部類だと思いますが、 卓上にとろろ昆布などがあるので、そういのが好きな人には良いお店だと思います。

昭和感、常連感漂ううどん屋さん。優しい雰囲気。デートとかにはちょっと向いてないけど笑 ナスの天ぷらのうどんを食べた。天ぷらは揚げたてで美味しかった!950円。

はかせうとん980円を食べました。大根サラダと少量の酢飯の火薬ごはんが付いています。このご飯、稲荷寿司の中のご飯のように感じます、何故、はかせなのか知りませんが、豚肉、お揚げ、天かすの入ったたっぷり量のある讃岐風うどんです。お汁はおいしいですが、もう少しコクが欲しい。うどんは太めでコシがあって美味しいけれど、もう少しツルツル感が欲しい。豚肉はもう少し味が濃い目が好みです。でも、全体的に美味しいうどんだと思います。

ここのうどんは、絶品です! 一口食べて、納得のいく一杯になると確信しました。 写真は、はかせうどんですが、大根サラダと少量の酢飯の火薬ごはんが付き、栄養バランスもいいです。 豚肉、お揚げ、天かすがうどん全体を盛り上げ、最後まで楽しめます! 久々に四国屋さん来て、今までもっと通ってなかったことを軽く後悔するくらい美味しかったです!!

多少うどんとしては値段が高いと感じるかもですがボリューム満点だし全然OK。肉刻みやかき揚げも美味いけど、素うどんに好みの天ぷらを追加するのもおすすめ

アルコールハンドクリーナーあり。パーテーションは天井からビニールが下げられている。食券制。テーブル席中心、カウンター席もあり。 四国風というよりは、オリジナルの感じが強い。コシはあるが讃岐うどんよりは麺が柔らかめ。トッピングの肉は豚を使っている。店舗の雰囲気も提供される料理も、全体的に家庭的な手作り感が漂う。 はかせうどん、¥980。混ぜ寿司と大根サラダが各少量付く。 オーナーらしき女性がフロアを切り盛りしており、ローカルなスナックのような独特の接客のノリが好き嫌いをわけるところかも。

This place is a hidden gem only known to locals. The beef udon and beef udon with egg is out of this world. The noodles are handmade and the wagyu beef that comes with it is juicy and tender - the most delicious beef you can ever have on udon. The broth is a bit on the salty side but goes well with the green onions in the udon. We luckily stumbled upon this place as it was near where we were staying. The owner is very kind and even though they don't have an English menu, the vending machine has pictures and the owner is more than willing to help you order. Very close to Shin-Nakano station and affordable. We returned here for a second meal even though we had very limited time in Japan because it is so delicious! We will definitely return if we are ever in Japan again.
