て	てらっち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13時過ぎにお邪魔しましたが、席は空いていたものの引っ切り無しにお客様が来店していた状況で人気店なのが伝わって来ます。ランチメニューの唐揚げ付きDセットをオーダー。ラーメンは透き通ったスープに麺が絡みサッパリした味わい。ランチタイムは麺の大盛り無料でしたが頼んでいたら食べきれなかったかも… 唐揚げはとてもセットに付いてくる唐揚げとは思えないボリュームで食べごたえ抜群。ジューシーなサクサクの唐揚げは美味しさ満点。また店内の注意書きやメニューに書かれたおふざけもユニークで面白かったですｗ I visited the restaurant after 13:00, but I can tell that it is a popular restaurant because the customers were visiting the restaurant without any cuts, although the seats were vacant. K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十数年前…この類いのラーメンが食べたくて野木の本店まで行きました。もはや当時の記憶と比較は出来ませんが、こうしてまた地元近くで同門の美味いラーメンと出逢えた事に感謝です。細麺でも丁度良いコシがあり、あっさりでもコクがあるスープ、意外と肉厚なチャーシュー、バランスの良い一杯です。気になったのは…メンマの少し消毒臭い様な匂い、食感は良いのにそれだけが減点です。中華そば(醤油)は予めスープに香辛料が少し入ってるので、お子様や苦手な方は気を付けて下さい。焼き餃子も宇都宮という立地条件ならではで入れているのか、本店には無いメニューなので普通です。昼ならご飯物が付くランチセットがコスパ的にも良いでしょう。混雑時でも挨拶がしっかり出来ていて接客対応は丁寧です。また行きます♪ Ten years ago ... 整	整体院葵花髙橋辰徳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり悪いイメージを書きたくないのですが、あくまでも自分の感想です。お店はユーモア溢れる注意書きがあり親しみやすいです。ラーメンですが地鶏を3倍炊き込んだとの事で、濃いラーメンです。想像以上の濃さです。きっと好きな人には好きだと思います。出汁…なのかな？アミノ酸が効きすぎて口の中がベタベタしてさらに鰹節の酸が見事にくどくて、水を1l以上飲むほどでした。油のベタベタではないので食べ終わった後も舌に残り続けます。味の素をそのまま食べていると錯覚する程です。脳みそに旨み成分を叩き込みたい人にはオススメです。全体的に具も全て鳥なので、どこかに鳥以外の爽やかな味があると、食べてて助かるんですが…ネギとカイワレとかの香味野菜をほぼ意味を成してないほど強烈な旨みが勝ってしまってます。ビールとかレモンサワー?と食べるとちょうど良いかもしれません。今回は初めてだったのでもっと初心者用のあっさりしたのもあったかも知れないですね。底知れぬ旨みの暴力に挑みたい方は是非食べてみることをお勧めします♪ I don't want to write a bad image, but it's just my impression. 池	池本紀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.1.15 汁8.5　地鶏けい骨ラーメン麺7　900円具7　総合　8/10点【スープ】あっさり系ながら味わい深いいい感じのスープ。文言をみると濃厚そうに書いてあるが、印象としてはあっさりと濃厚の間ぐらい、ややあっさり寄り。恐らくカツオなどの魚介出汁がふんだんに使われていて、スモーキーな香りが素晴らしく、トリダシと絡み合っていくらでも飲めるスープに仕上がっている。【麺】スープによく合う優しい麺。コシは強くはないが、麦がやさしく香りいい感じ。【具】生ハム上の鳥チャーシュー。食べてる途中でだんだん火が通っていき少しずつ肌色になっていく。塩分はうすめ。煮玉子がバカみたいにうまい。ちなみに普段から生肉好きな自分だが、連れも含めて帰ったら二人共腹を下した。生が苦手な人は注意が必要かも。【地頭鶏阿波家ラーメン】1100円さすがに値段も張るだけあって地鶏けい骨ラーメンよりスープが1段階深くうまい。カキ、ホタテが臭み一切なく香り、かなり巧みなスープに仕上がっている。値段が高いからか、こちらにはさらに豚チャーシュー付き。【総評】あっさり系としてかなりレベル高いお店だった。さりげなくメニューの最初にツイッターに上げられそうで上げられなさそうな絶妙なジョーク集が収録されている。提供が早めなので読めないかもしれないが一読の価値・・・あるかないか。ともあれいい店だった。 2022.1.15 Soup 8.5 Local chicken bone ramen Noodles 7 900 yen Ingredient 7 total 8/10 points 【soup】 A light but tasty soup.
