味玉らーめんを頂きました。 噂どおりのキレ味抜群の濃い濃いスープでコクがあり美味しかったです! ごちそうさまでした。

ずーと気になってましたが やっと伺えた とても美味しいかったです。 タイミングが良く待たずに席に座れ食べられた! 2回目とも並ばないで入店しました。 オススメは、11時半頃だと土曜日でもすんなり入れる感じです。 平日、前を車で通りますが お昼頃には、並んでいる風景を良く目にします。 駐車場は、無いので 近くのパーキングになる。 味は、濃いめなので 苦手な方は、味薄目 油少なめが良いかと思います。 自分は、味薄 油少なめで食べてます。 煮卵は、しょっぱいです。 息子は、いつもライスを頼む 自分も次は、ライスを頼みたいです。 白飯に合う感じ。 テーブル席とか無いので カウンター2列のみになります。 又、行きます。

味玉チャーシュー麺とライスを注文。 麺の硬さ、スープの濃さ、油の量が選べますので全部普通で注文しましたが、デフォルトでもかなりの濃さがあります。市内で他の家系ラーメンを提供している店舗も食べましたが、多分ここが一番濃いと思います。 ただ、この濃さが疲れてる時の体に染みるんです。ただただ濃くしょっぱいだけでなく、旨味もしっかり感じられてとても美味しい。 混んでる時でも、店自体の狭さの割に隣との間隔は特に気になりませんでした。また、店長・店員ともに愛想よく丁寧に接してくれますので、初めてでも入りやすいと思いますよ。 また、駐車場がお店東側の砂利の所(軽自動車が停まっているところ)にありますが、1台くらいしか入れられず、交差点も近いため入れにくいかと思います。 近くのコインパーキングを利用した場合、店長か店員に駐車券を提示すれば100円のキャッシュバックをしていただけます。お店の道路挟んで北側に少し行くと、時間貸のパーキングがありますので、車で来てもそこまで困ることはないかと思います。

【板橋家】※新中野武蔵家出身 こちらは武蔵家さん出身のお店ですね。 板橋店出身だから板橋家だとか… 厨房内には大寸胴と中寸胴が2つずつ。 スープはしっかり炊いていてそこそこの豚骨臭がします。 厨房の奥に年季の入った木の麺箱がありましたが 製麺所の記載は無し。なので不明です。 麺は中寸胴で茹でて平ザルで上げていました。 店主が男性に色々と話をしながらラーメンを作ってます。 なんか雰囲気がいいですね。 かなり茶濁したスープを丼に注いでいました。 スープは全体的に強めのバランス型です。 鶏油は多めに浮いていて香りはいいのですが こうゆうタイプのスープだと少しボヤけた印象。 スープは粘度があって、獣感や髄感を感じます。 ザラつきがありました。 豚骨感は強め。コクは申し分なく重たいスープです。 鶏感は控えめですね。 武蔵家系譜の中ではヘビー級の部類に入ります。 醤油感も強め。かえしに若干酸味を感じますが 尖ってはなく、いい意味でキレのある後味です。 このかえしは明らかに武蔵家とは違いますね。 麺は中太ストレートで少し短め。 茹で加減はちょうどいい硬めで提供されました。 断面が長方形で色が白っぽい麵は気持ち細めかな? コシというよりは、ものすごく弾力があって噛み応えのある麺でした。 モッチリ感はないけど麺自体は好きな食感でした。 かえしも違いますし、麺が酒井ではないので 武蔵家さん出身とは言っても経営は違うようです。 チャーシューは肩ロースで大きさは普通。 適度に脂身があり、柔らかくジューシーな食感。 味付けは適度でちょうど良かったです。 ほうれん草は量は普通。 茹で加減はかなり柔らかく風味はまあまあでした。 海苔増しは5枚。 大きさや厚さは普通。 スープに浸すと気持ち弱いかな? 風味はなかなか良かったです。 薬味のネギは先入れの微塵切りが少量で主張しません。 うん。想像してたよりかなり強いスープでした。 コクがあって美味しかった。 かえしが違うせいか、武蔵家とはベクトルは似てるけど後味が違う印象。 接客や雰囲気も良く 常連さんも多いように見えました。人気店ですね♪ ラーメン+海苔増し。

Amazing. Lived in Japan for over 7 years and have had tonkotsu everywhere possible. Rarely give more than 6 or 7 out of 10, but here is a solid 10. You can basically get it made the way you want with toppings you want, and NO SMOKING!! Best ramen in Utsunomiya, hands down.
