冷やしタヌキは他店より薄めの味付けで食べやすい。
温かいのは味噌が多め。
価格、味とても良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯もりを頼みました。トッピングのちく天と肉はとても美味しかったし、揚げ玉も繊細な揚げ玉でスープとよく絡んで美味しい。ただ、うどんに粉っぽさがあり、吉田うどんにしては柔め。すりだねはさっぱりした味で、沢山投入してしまいました。
魚粉らしきものが入っていましたが、個人的には鰹節が入ってると良かったなと。(もしくはお醤油が、だし醤油なら?)
お店がとても綺麗で清潔感もあり、店主の方もとても良い人柄です。
I ordered hot water. The toppings of chikuten and meat were very delicious, and the fried balls were also delicate and entwined with the soup. However, the udon has a powdery taste and is soft for Yoshida udon. The sushi rice has a refreshing taste, and I put in a lot of it.
It contained something that looked like fishmeal, but personally I wish it had dried bonito flakes. (Or if the soy sauce is dashi soy sauce ?)
The shop is very beautiful and clean, and the owner is also a very nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これぞ吉田うどんという感じで太くてものすごく硬くてボソボソした感じ。だし汁がうどんにからまない感じが実はあまり好みではない。
ここひの樹さんは、他店の庶民的な雰囲気ではなく、お上品な雰囲気。店主も心配り細やかな雰囲気がとても出てます。店内もペンションのよう。そこが良い面の特徴。
天かすひとつとっても非常に繊細。
だし汁が絡まない吉田うどんですが当店はさらに、非常にアッサリ系。肉つけのだし汁も肉も脂っ気まったくなく、アッサリしてます。だし汁を飲みながらうどんを食べました。
It's like Yoshida Udon, but even if it's thick, it's very hard and crunchy. Actually, I don't like the soup stock that doesn't get entangled in udon.
Here, Hinoki-san has a refined atmosphere, not the ordinary atmosphere of other stores. The owner is also worried about the delicate atmosphere. The inside of the store is like a pension. That is a good feature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主一人で営業しているので混むと少し待ちますが美味しいです。大きいお店みたいにまとめて茹でていないのでいつでも出来立てのお味です。しっかりとコシがある太めのうどん。汁は薄味でやさしいです。肉うどんのお肉も薄味。麺も含め塩分控えなのでしょう。吉田のうどんは食べた後喉が渇くのですがここは平気です。店内はテーブルが３つ。ひなびたうどん店が多い中、とてもきれいです。

Thick udon noodles that are firm and chewy. The juice is light and gentle. Meat Udon meat is also light. Probably the salt content including noodles is low. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔感ある店内。履き物を脱いで上がるスタイル。上品な感じのお味。麺も自分好み。パンチはないけど、クセが無い。バイクで行ったので砂利びきで道路より高い駐車場が気になった。
Clean interior. A style that takes off your footwear and goes up. Elegant taste. I also like the noodles. There is no punch, but there is no habit. Since I went by motorcycle, I was worried about the parking lot higher than the road because of the gravel.
