M	MKP Deep Clean Ltd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a clean, bright and well ordered terminal. The Japanese officials were a delight to deal with. The terminal has special events like shopping that show cases local crafts and produce.
S	Saulius Zilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful port terminal, easy to connect to the free wifi. The customs officers were very polite and easy to communicate with, most of them knew English well, and could communicate easily.

The Kobe Port terminal was very modern and has all the amenities. The immigration Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Memorable time spent in Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto thanks to our halt in Kobe Port terminal.

City is beautiful with many wide streets and opportunities to visit. Visited the local Shinto Temple, just a few blocks from the pier. A historic city with much to offer.

Terminal services are effective with both manned and automated currency change machines. Vendors for souvenirs are there for those who need them. Night views from the ship are quite impressive.
R	Robert Havey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent! Step out and have access to the train in to town that connects you to the JR line or down town shopping. Or step off the Train and hit the Kobe Beef district with a 10 min walk. Great location if you are on a cruise ship, with spectacular views.
