★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ery easy security and customs and they have a currency exchange. Go up 1 level to busses and cabs, go up 2 levels to the light rail. Bathrooms are quite nice and uncrowded. They limit the chachski sellers to one small part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view from both side (right and left side, just over the street), it is easily connected with the park and with port island. It is ok even for pedestrian. There is also free WiFi here (Kobe free WiFi) and sometimes you can assist at nice sponsoring.
