★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各鉄道から、特に阪神・JR・四つ橋線からのアクセスがよく、公共地下道からのアプローチもわかりやすいです。規模的には中規模施設だと思いますが、簡素でムダの少ない構造で、使い勝手が良さそうです。立地的に貸し出し料金は安くはないと思いますが、集客力や利便性を考えたらリーズナブルです。
また、付近には飲食店やカフェスペースも充実しているので、ビフォーアフター＆アフターの場所にも不自由しません。
オススメの施設です。
 It is easily accessible from each railroad, especially from the Hanshin, JR, and Yotsubashi lines, and the approach from the public underpass is easy to understand. I think it is a medium-sized facility on a scale, but it has a simple structure with little waste, and it seems to be easy to use. I don't think the rental fee is cheap due to the location, but it is reasonable considering the ability to attract customers and convenience.
In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and cafe spaces nearby, so there is no inconvenience in the place of before-after and after-sales.
This is a recommended facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious event hall close to Nishi Umeda station. Connected to Osaka station underground, yet may not be easy to find for the first time visiting. The main hall is very wide rectangular room which may be divided into a few smaller rooms or a nice size exhibition hall, but as a main auditorium, you may need three big monitor screen.
