フ	フロイライン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施工業者さんのお勧めで2回程お邪魔しました。それぞれ違う方がご担当でした。出来れば同じ方に担当して頂きたかったのでマイナス☆ 私共の担当者の方は高齢の母のことも気遣って頂きまして申し分のないご対応だったと思いますが、他のお客様のご担当者のご対応には少し不満があります。私共が見ているキッチンのコーナーに後から無理矢理割り込んで来られたご夫婦連れの奥様がいらっしゃいました。結局こちらが退いて譲る形になりましたが、そのご担当者はその奥様を制するでもなく私共に詫びるでもなくキッチンの説明を始められました。その方への抗議を込めてマイナス☆☆です。 I visited you twice at the recommendation of the contractor. If possible, I wanted the same person to take charge, so minus ☆ I think that the person in charge of us was a perfect response because he was also concerned about his elderly mother, but I am a little dissatisfied with the response of the person in charge of other customers. 米	米田麻人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言中でしたので、完全予約制でショールームをさせていただきました。注文住宅なので、キッチン、お風呂、洗面台、トイレを決める予定で来店だったので決められるか正直不安でした。てすが、担当のスタッフの方が、とても明るく丁寧にご対応いただきました。オプションの説明も利点をしっかりと説明していただき、夫婦での意思決定のサポートもしていただきました。店内も美しく、ホテルに来たような気分で二時間があっという間でした。ウェブのオンラインショールームも説明していただき大満足でした。☺️ Since we were in the process of declaring an emergency, we decided to open the showroom by reservation only. Since it is a custom-built house, I was planning to decide on a kitchen, bath, wash basin, and toilet, so I was honestly worried if I could decide. However, the staff in charge was very cheerful and polite. The explanation of the options also explained the advantages firmly, and also supported the decision making of the couple. The inside of the store was beautiful, and it took me two hours to feel like I was at a hotel. I was very happy to explain the online showroom on the web. ☺️
