大手だとオススメだけすすめといて、こちらの予算とか考えずのところも有りますが、ここはアットホームで、良心的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、コース返金を頼んで電話をしたが、チーフ？とか言う人の対応がすごく微妙で不信感がつよくなった。
わざわざ行く時間も約束していたのに返金の準備もしてなさそうで、またチーフですと言う人から返金の対応をされたが、接客業としての意識もまるでなく話し方も小さな子供と話しているようで、頼りなかった。
もう二度と行きたくないです。
返金はさせてもらったので星は2つしました。

トラブルについて、先方の説明不足にもかかわらず、謝罪や担当者への確認がなく、全てこちらが悪いように言われました。
1度受けた治療についても、あまり効果はありませんでした。
2度と行きたくないため、返金の要求をしました。
こんなクリニックは初めてです。

大手さんや個人のクリニックなど行きますが、アセラクリニックのスタッフさんの対応が1番だと感じました。予算の事も考えてカウンセリングしてくれたり看護師さんは優しく対応してくれるので、また行きたいと思えるクリニックだと思います。

I go to major clinics and individual clinics, but I felt that the staff at Asera Clinic was the best. The clinic will give you counseling considering your budget and the nurses will be kind to you, so I think it's a clinic you'll want to visit again.

落ち着いた空間でカウンセリングもうけられ、施術もスピーディーでした。
他で受けた医療脱毛と比べて痛さも少なく、1度目でも効果を実感できており満足です。

Counseling was provided in a calm space, and the treatment was speedy.
Compared to the medical hair removal I received elsewhere, it is less painful and I am satisfied that I can feel the effect even the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ皆さん仲が良さそうで、暖かい雰囲気のクリニックでした。特に40代のチーフ？の人が施術に入ってくれましたが、明るく楽しく接してくれて、とても安心して施術を受けることができました。私も仕事であんな先輩がいたらな～と思いました。次も是非チーフさんにお願いしたいなと思いました。
The staff seemed to be on good terms and the clinic had a warm atmosphere. Especially the chief in his 40s? The person started the treatment, but he was cheerful and enjoyable, and I was able to receive the treatment with great peace of mind. I wish I had such a senior at work too. I would like to ask the chief again next time.

【受付】美人で親切な方ばかりでした。
【清潔感】靴からスリッパに履き替えるのは人によっては嫌な人もいるかもしれないですが、院内は清潔感があり綺麗です。
洗面台は1つだけだったような。
【カウンセリング】全く強引な勧誘もなく先生の診察も婦人科の病気のことも色々と聞いてくれて熱心にお話して下さったように感じます。
【施術】お話も楽しくて時間があっという間でした。施術もとても丁寧で心地良く過ごせました。
評判がよいのも納得です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全身脱毛5回コースを受けました。脱毛って全ての回数が終わったら今後も続けるかお話（営業）があるイメージだったのですが、「何かあればまた予約してください?」と受付で言われただけだったので逆に拍子抜けしました。笑
施術中にスタッフさんから話しかけられることなども必要最低限で、個人的にはそういった営業や施術中の会話が苦手なので大変助かりました。
I took a full-body hair removal course 5 times. I had an image of talking (sales) about whether to continue hair removal after all the times, but I was just told at the reception that "Please make a reservation again if there is something ?", so on the contrary I missed the beat. Lol
It was a minimum necessary for the staff to talk to me during the procedure, and personally I am not good at such sales and conversation during the procedure, so it was very helpful.
