n	naga _shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子大好きで、宇都宮や浜松、博多、福島、高知などの有名店で食べましたが、浦和にこんなうまい餃子があったとは。多少好みの違いはあるでしょうが、宇都宮のどの店よりもうまくて、浜松の一番人気の店と同じくらいかそれよりもうまいです。蒲田とか亀戸とかの餃子では勝負にならないくらいうまいですね。私的には、紫蘇餃子が、他店より素晴らしくうまいです。 I love dumplings and ate them at famous restaurants such as Utsunomiya, Hamamatsu, Hakata, Fukushima, and Kochi, but I heard that Urawa had such delicious dumplings. There may be some differences in taste, but it's better than any store in Utsunomiya, as good as or better than Hamamatsu's most popular store. Dumplings such as Kamata and Kameido are so good that they won't compete. Personally, shiso dumplings are better than other restaurants.

竹	竹原幸一郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の11:40に、初めて１人で訪問した。先客１人と店先にウーバーイーツ１人。アルコール消毒をして、カウンター席に座る。ドアの開放、アクリル板、席に除菌ティッシュ、店員もマスク着用。赤肉つけそば並（880円)を一番辛い３で注文した。１０分ほどで着丼。つけ汁は、ちょっとアブラ多めで甘め。中にチャーシューの角切がけっこう多く入っている。中本の北極を好む私には、ほどよい辛さ。麺は、全粒粉らしい細麺で弱い縮れ麺。麺の上には、水菜が乗っており、少しは野菜も取れる。割りスープは、店員にお願いすると、丼を持って行って割ってくれる。ジャバラという柑橘類を絞った酢も一緒に提供され、酸っぱいので少しずつ入れるよう言われた。少しずつ入れ、結局全部入れた方が、甘みと油が中和され、好みだった。ランチはつけそばだけだが、本日は余裕があるので、時間がかかってもよいならと、餃子の注文も３人から受けていた。12:05に帰るまでに、次々と来客があったが、満席にはならなかった。 I visited by myself for the first time at 11:40 on weekdays. K	Ku ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ時に利用させていただきました。肉玉つけそば、なつサラダの冷やし中華、丸虎餃子（にんにく無しと、にんにく有り）をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。並でしたが予想よりもボリュームがあって良かったです。つけそばは魚介系のスープが麺によく絡み、あとを引く美味しさでした。スープ割と一緒に茎わさびが出してもらえます。丁寧にスープ割りの飲み方が店内に掲示されており、こちらも美味しくいただきました。冷やし中華はトマトの酸味にマヨネーズがとても良い感じで、暑い日にピッタリだと思います。ランチタイムは焼き餃子は出していないのですが、知らずにオーダーしてしまいましたが、快く対応していただきました。ご対応いただきまして本当にありがとうございましたm(_ _)m ニンニク有りと無し、両方いただきましたが、やはりニンニク有りの方がより美味しかったです。テイクアウトもやっているようなので、要チェックです。店員さんたちの対応も素晴らしく、また訪問したいと思いました。つけ麺好き、ラーメン好き、餃子好きの方におすすめです。ごちそうさまでした！ I used it at lunch. There is no English menu but looking at what others ordered seemed like the best way, and the dumplings we ended up getting were so good. Wish I found this place earlier!
