いちご生クリーム大福と杏大福を購入。どちらも小ぶり。
いちご生クリーム大福は、皮・いちご風味の餡・生クリームの3層。生クリームがもっと多かったらいいのにな、という印象。
杏大福は皮・白あん・杏の果肉の3層。杏がさっぱりしていて薫り高く非常に美味。ジャムのような甘ったるい杏をイメージしていたので、良い意味で期待を裏切られた。初夏の和菓子としておすすめ。
