担当の医師は優しく、フレンドリーで良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月イチで通っておりましたが、毎回受付の女性達のヒソヒソコソコソ話(カウンターで)、誰かを笑う様な会話を耳にします。受付時に会話が通じない患者だと判断すると、強気な口調で顔が怒っていたり、電話でも喧嘩をしている様でした。障害や精神疾患のある患者さんを沢山受付していて、心身疲れていたり、受付なりの辛い言い分は沢山あるとお察ししますが、患者からの意見をお伝えすると、心療内科・精神科に勇気を持って来る人もいます。恐る恐る来る人もいます。藁にもすがる想いでボロボロになって来る人もいます。普通の人からすれば、笑っちゃいますかね？でも苦しくて辛くて悩んでるんです。先生が駄目だったのであれば、病院を変えた方が良いかと思いますが、私の担当の先生はとても良い人でした。受付応対で患者さんが出鼻を挫かれるのは可哀想な気がします。どうしてもイライラしたり、攻撃的な感情が芽生えてしまう場合は、ヒソヒソ話や態度で発散するのではなく、先生にメンタルケアやストレス緩和方法を教えて貰ったりしてより良いクリニックに変えて欲しいです。
