先生も受付の方も親切で、私には通いやすいクリニックでした。
待合室は他の方と顔が合わなくても済む配慮がされており、落ち着いて待つことができました。
今のところ開院したばかりなので、予約すれば待ち時間が少ない点もありがたかったです。

処方された薬が合わず、相談すると柔軟に希望を尊重してくれる所は良かったです。
初対面はとても優しい印象でした。
しかし、色々質問するとムッとされ、決めつけや言葉には棘があり、傷口に塩を塗られた気分でとても落ち込みました。
不眠なのによく寝てくださいと言われて困惑しました。
救われた方もたくさんいらっしゃるようで、大変期待していましたが…
残念ながら自分には合いませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長はよく話を聞いてくれる先生ではあります。気軽に薬を勧められるが、こちらが嫌と言えば尊重してくれます。
ただ以下の通り気になる点がいくつかあったため、次回からは他のクリニックに相談するつもりです。
・薬の副作用の説明がない
副作用といっても眠くなる程度でしたが、相談内容から眠くなっては元も子もないことは明確なはずなのに、眠くなることを含め副作用の説明はまったくありませんでした。
・利便性の低下
2022年の頭ごろに、支払方法と予約方法が突然変更され、どちらも通院者には不便になりました。
支払方法については以前はカードやpaypay等も使用できていたのが、現金のみに改悪されました。
予約方法については、以前は1つの予約枠に対して1人のみ予約可だったものが、1つの予約枠に複数人（たしか3人まで）予約可能になりました。それにより予約時間に行っても2,30分待たされることがあります。
また予約枠の改悪に関係してか、20分ちょっとしか診断をしていないのに診断料を30分以上として請求されていました。

・ Reduced convenience
Around the beginning of 2022, payment and booking methods suddenly changed, both of which were inconvenient for outpatients.
As for the payment method, cards and paypay could be used before, but it has been changed to cash only.
Regarding the reservation method, previously only one person could be reserved for one reservation slot, but now it is possible to reserve multiple people (probably up to 3 people) in one reservation slot. As a result, you may have to wait a couple of minutes even if you go to the reserved time.
Also, probably because of the deterioration of the reservation frame, I was charged a diagnosis fee of 30 minutes or more even though I had only diagnosed for 20 minutes.
