渡	渡辺雄太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の気分で帰宅しました！極太麺で注文した商品が中太麺で提供されました。スタッフのお姉さんがしっかり謝罪してくれすぐ作り直してくれるとの事。ミスは仕方ない事だと思うし対応もしっかりしていたのでかなり好印象でした。酷いのはここからスタッフが厨房にいた店長を呼んで状況を説明(店長と呼んでいたので間違えなく店長) 店長は間違えて中太麺でつくったわwと状況把握。作り直す時は隣のスタッフと喋りながら。ちなみに私語については入店の時に少し気になりましたが暇だからしょうがないと思い特に気なりませんでしたがこの時まで喋るんかいと思いました。到着したラーメンは最初のものより明らかにスープの量も多く味も薄い今まで食べた他の店舗のものより美味しく無いものでした。そして最後まで店長からの謝罪は無し。喋りながら作り直し自分で謝罪のできない姿で気分が悪くなり最悪の気分で帰宅しました。一刻堂のラーメンは好きなので少し薄かったとはいえ完食しました。今後も他の店舗に通わせて頂きます。ご馳走様でした。 I came home in the worst mood!
