胡椒で誤魔化して食べる。っていうかラーメンに胡椒入れるの数年ぶり

ご夫婦と感じさせる雰囲気のお二人で切り盛りされてるお店かと思います。いつまでもどうぞお幸せにお過ごしくださればと願います。
看板に奢る方たちではないと確信のうえ書かせていただきます。
ご主人も奥様も内面ではお客さんと向き合っているのでしょうが、ちゃんと伝わるように言葉と行動て表現して欲しいな…と一見の私からのお願いです。

餃子の焼き加減を工夫すると更に美味しくなると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々にアキラ系。店主さん、「お待たせしました。」も何も言わずにラーメンと餃子を出されました。しかもコチラを睨み付けてくるし・・・。正直気分悪かったです。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約３５年前，現在のキリオが出来る前，この近くに住んでて，よく通った店．先月その店の前通りかかって，外観リニューアルしていることに気づいて，３０年ぶりぐらいに入店．さすがに，現オーナーは代替わりしてるんだろうが，スタイルはそのまんま．雰囲気もそのまんまだわ．
ラーメンは，岐阜店と思うと少々盛り少な目．麺の茹で加減は岐阜店よりもちょっと硬め．スープはちょっと醤油が立ってる印象．岐阜店よりも自宅から近いから，今後はココがホームになる予感．
一宮店，岐阜店共通だが，ココでは細挽胡椒を「だっぷり」かけてたべるのがよろしいかと．
About 35 years ago, before the current Kirio was built, I lived near this shop and used to go there. Last month, I passed by the store and noticed that the exterior was renewed, so I entered the store for the first time in 30 years. As expected, the current owner may have replaced it, but the style is the same. The atmosphere is still the same.
Ramen is a little small when you think of it as a Gifu store. Boiled noodles are a little harder than the Gifu store. The soup has the impression that soy sauce is standing a little. It's closer to my home than the Gifu store, so I have a feeling that Coco will be my home in the future.
It's common to both Ichinomiya and Gifu stores, but I think it's okay to sprinkle finely ground pepper on it here.

しっかりと動物系の出汁を感じる事の出来るスープ！見た目あっさりだがクセになる味！
麺はストレート細麺！茹で加減硬めの啜りやすい麺！
餃子はとてもあっさりした美味しい餃子！

A soup that you can feel the animal-based soup stock! It looks light but has a addictive taste!
The noodles are straight thin noodles! Boiled and hard noodles that are easy to swallow!
Dumplings are very light and delicious dumplings!
