いろんな種類のラーメンがありますが、迷ったらベーシックなブラック、辛いのが好きなら辛みそがオススメです。
個人的には山頭火のオマージュラーメンが一番好きです?
チャーシューが厚めで味がしっかり付いていて、噛むほどにじわっと味が滲み出してくるので、白ごはんと一緒に食べると最高です

よく見たらテイ造の文字が。
多分日焼けと雨で印刷カラー落ちたんでしょう…笑
なんか穴場的な感じがして好き系です。
期待大。
メニューは豊富。
あっさりと、こってりの二本柱。
ユーチューバーがたしかすごい濃度の高いこってりを紹介してたので、店主に聞いたところ超こってりはもうやってないみたい。。
ですが、サービスでプラス100円でやってくれました。
初めての客なのに無茶言ってすみません…
僕が頼んだのは超こってりのセレッソ(桜えび)
着丼までになかなか時間かかりますね。
10分くらい。
店主が作ってる間ずーっと息切れしてるのがすごく心配になりました。。
やってきたセレッソは見たことないくらいピンク色のラーメン。見た目は衝撃のヴィジュアル。
こってり度も衝撃。お味は見た目ほどしつこくなかったかな。
同時に提供されるニンニクが、後半いい仕事します。
焼き飯も頼みましたが、量が全体的に多くて食べきるのが大変でした。
次はあっさり頼もうかな。
