凄く親切な方で初七日や四十九日の事もわかりやすく説明して頂きました。
御骨も家まで届けて下さいました。
こちらの霊園にお願いして安心しています。

説明もお式も丁寧で、その後の初七日など葉書で教えてもらえます。お参りもできますし、良い霊園と思います。
それだけなら星は5相当でしたが、最初にお電話で受け付けられた方が言葉の端々で失礼だと感じました。
普通はこんなに早く連絡してこないですけどね。という言葉を何度か言われると、電話を切ろうかと思いました。うちの子が亡くなって、それでも仕事の関係で早く安心できるようにしてあげたかったのに。なぜ小バカにされなければならないのか。
夏に2,3週間放置して泣き暮らせばよかったんですかね？
未だにモヤモヤと沸き上がることがあります。
電話対応以外は満足できるところなので更に残念でした。

That alone was equivalent to 5 stars, but I felt that the person who was first accepted by phone was rude in every word.
Normally, I don't get in touch with you so quickly. When I was told the word several times, I thought I should hang up. Even though my child died, I wanted to be able to feel relieved as soon as possible because of my work. Why should I be ridiculed?
Should I have left it for a couple of weeks in the summer and kept crying?
It may still boil up.
It was even more disappointing because I was satisfied with everything except telephone support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛犬優が急に亡くなりお願いしました。悲しみに打ちひしがれていた所とても丁寧にして頂きました。安いプランでしたが親切に丁寧にしていただきありがとうございました。三つのお骨のお話には凄く救われました。感謝しかありません。担当スタッフの方本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良心的な価格で優しく丁寧な対応をしていただけました。また法要もテープではなくご僧侶が愛情を込めて行ってくれます。亡くなった猫にいつでも会いに行けます。電話対応の方に少し無愛想な方がいたのだけ残念でした。
We were able to respond kindly and politely at a reasonable price. Also, the Buddhist priest will affectionately go to the memorial service, not the tape. You can always go see the dead cat. It was a pity that some of the people who responded to the phone were a little unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18歳近く生きてくれた、親孝行なチンチラの猫ちゃんの葬儀をして頂きました。「純血種なのに、すごい長生きですね～」とか、「幸せな猫ちゃんですね～」とか、すごいお誉めの言葉、労いの言葉を頂き、また、親切、丁寧に対応して頂き、本当に満足、感謝致しております。その上体調が悪かったので、帰りも車で送って頂きました。
