★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正雀駅から程近いコミュニティセンター。途中の道路は若干狭いですが、便利な場所にあるせいか利用率は高く、数ヵ月前から予約で埋まることも珍しくありません。小さな体育館のようなホールがあり、簡単な運動や吹奏楽団の練習などに利用されています。他の口コミにある通り駐車場は無いので、車で来る人は近隣のコインパーキングを使用します。住民票の写し等が交付してもらえる市民サービスコーナーが併設されていますが、平日で火曜と木曜の9時から17時までの業務となっています。
A community center near Shojaku Station. The road on the way is a little narrow, but the usage rate is high probably because it is in a convenient location, and it is not uncommon for it to be filled with reservations from several months in advance. There is a small gymnasium-like hall, which is used for simple exercises and brass band practice. There is no parking lot as in other reviews, so people who come by car will use nearby coin parking. There is a citizen service corner where you can get a copy of your resident card, but it is open from 9:00 to 17:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays on weekdays.

JR岸辺駅前に複合施設のためのコインパーキングがあり、２つに分かれています。
料金看板UPしておきます（2018/07/20現在）
駐車場から岸部市民センターへは徒歩５分。
岸部市民センターへ大型楽器等の搬入の際、間口が狭いので注意が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付係が頼りない、というか会議室、和室等の予約システムがきちんと確立されておらず、当日変更になったり、キャンセル出来たりで、行ってみないと利用出来る部屋が分からない状態になっている。とてもお役所仕事とは思えない！
各部屋の掃除等は綺麗にされている。
