m	m. konomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中に電話させて頂きました。女性の受付の人で親身に対応していただき、とても心が救われました。我が家のペットも丁寧に火葬してくれて安心しました。大阪にはたくさんの葬儀社があったんですけどあいわペットセレモニーさんにお願いして本当に良かったとおもいます。 I called you in the middle of the night. C	Chis K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お見送りした猫ちゃんは女の子でした。朝早くにも関わらず、「女の子らしい生花を」とピンク色のお花をご用意してくださいました。担当の方もとても親切で、心のこもった対応をして下さり、親子で素敵なお見送りができました。最後までじんわり静かに、丁寧にさようならができて本当によかったと思います。ありがとうございました。 The cat I saw off was a girl. Even though it was early in the morning, she prepared a pink flower saying "Fresh flowers like a girl". y	y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 追記です。令和2年に愛猫が旅立った時、以前お世話になったこちらの泉さんにお願いしました。パソコンが立ち上がらず、ストラップとカードが後日になるとの事で待っているとポストにとてもキレイな字の封筒が届いて感動しました。とても丁寧で2度目も安心してお願いする事ができました。本当にありがとうございました。先日、愛猫の家族立ち会い葬でお世話になりました。何度かけてもお電話が繋がらずもう1件検討して、もう1度かけて繋がらなければ諦めようと思い再度お電話すると繋がりました。諦めなくてよかったです。亡くなった子をとても可愛がっていて一足先に旅立った母の祭壇の前で身体を清め、数日点滴でしか水分がとれなくなっていたので末期の水を含ませてあげられたり、小さなお数珠を持たせて頂けたり。このお数珠を頂けるのがあいわさんにお願いしようと思った決め手だったのですが火葬炉の前にお布団を敷いてもらい寝かせる時に抱っこした瞬間、すごくすごく愛おしく、抱っこがとても好きな子で暫く体調が悪く抱っこできなかったので最期に抱っこできてよかったです。ゆっくりお別れの時間を頂けたのと可愛いストラップも頂きよかったです。お値段が○○円から、ではなくちゃんと明示されているのも安心でした。ありがとうございました。 P.S.
