★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 葬儀、火葬、納骨は丁寧でよかったんですが、納骨堂の年間管理費は”ハガキ”による案内だけで、不着等で気づかなくても電話もありません。住所変更している場合、連絡済みでも注意しておいたほうがいいです。
The funeral, cremation, and ossuary were polite, but the annual management fee for the ossuary is just guidance by “postcard”, and there is no telephone even if you do not notice due to non-delivery. If you have changed your address, you should be careful even if you have contacted us.
