A	Alicja Klimkowicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2h of a waiting time on a scheduled appointment! You sit in a tiny corridor that is packed with people. They gave everyone bottled water, that is all for the entertainment. The examination was fine and the doctor seamed professional. She could also speak English. They also have English speaking person at the reception and they were open on Sunday. I do no recommend because of the waiting time.
G	Glenys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very nice. The doctor is very professional and speaks English and Japanese. The clinic is lovely and stylish. However, it is usually a very long wait u til you can get in to see the doctor.
A	Aya Secret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was rude and had this judgemental or arrogant look on her face the whole time. She would answer my questions which was what i was paying her for but she would do it in a demeaning manner, as if i just asked her a foolish question. The staff were nice and they all spoke little english which were more than okay. Only two things were good about this clinic: One, that the doctor spoke average english and had accommodating staff that somehow spoke english as well which was a good thing for other foreigners who couldnt handle advance level of japanese conversations especially about health. Two, that they're open after office hours. I was just really uncomfortable the whole time from the hostility i felt from the doctor. Not going back even if they spoke English at this clinic and would make my life easier. I speak below average Japanese and I'd just rather make do with that at a Japanese-speaking clinic than go back there.
L	Lia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME HERE, DR. IS RUDE AND PLACE IS UNCOMFORTABLE. I have been here a total of thee time, each time was because of the fact that it is open at convenient hours. That may be the only good thing about this clinic. Even after making a reservation I waited around 1hour or more each time. They don’t offer comfortable chairs, you have to sit on a stool and prop your back against the wall. It’s very crowded, the seats are along the hallway. The doctor is very good at her job but I felt a strong sense of her judging me with rude smirks, I felt too uncomfortable to tell her anything. When I had requested a quick pill, she smirked and said “ I’ll see you for it again” . She’s very snarky. Each time after visiting I felt very frustrated because I couldn’t tell her what my real problem was with the feeling of being judged. Overall I would only use this clinic as my last option. They can speak English, which is good but so can other places ! Please don’t use this place as your first choice. I don’t want anyone to feel ashamed of their concern because of her.
J	Juste Miyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I'm very disappointed with this clinic. Online seem like a very beautiful, cozy place, but to start with, clinic doesn't look as nice as in the pictures. Second thing: I went with my husband (since I don't speak Japanese and the receptionist doesn't speak English) so he could help me to communicate with the receptionist. As soon as we enter, I saw a receptionist being a guy (which is weird in the women's clinic there they DO NOT ALLOW MEN). I fill the papers and then he told me to go sit down in the hall area and wait. Then he told my husband to LEAVE THE CLINIC, so he had to wait outside the door. I mean, seriously?? How RUDE is that!! They don't allow husband to stay in the waiting area, but the receptionist is a GUY! How that make sense? In my opinion, it doesn't. And the last thing, my appointment supposed to be at 7pm, was almost 7 and the 3 women was in front of me, was still there. Line hasn't moved. I waited little bit longer and my patient was gone. I stand up, gave back the clinic card and left. Very bad experience, really disappointed. And not to mention, clinic is expensive. Then you pay a lot of money in such a place, you wanna get a good service. Don't you think so?
1	1 2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It clearly states on the site that opening hours are 18:30pm on a Monday, yet the doctor walks in at 18:57. You jump through hoops to make an online appointment and it counts for nothing as you’re left waiting forever once you’re there. It’s an expensive place but the service isn’t at all on par. There’s zero respect for people’s time.
