★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 症状があり、病院を訪れ、問診の際に痛いので早く治して欲しい旨を伝えました。
症状を丁寧に聞いてくれました。そのまま当たり前のように検査をしましたがその際はただ検査をしただけでなんの処置もしてくれませんでした。結果は二週間後にでますという風にその際に初めて検査のことを聞きました。
そもそも問診の際に今日は検査の結果がでないからなんの処置もできないという旨の説明を受けていたら長い時間を待たないし、その場で帰っています。
実際は問診の際に保険適用外である説明も全くなく、料金の説明、検査する詳細、今日は検査の結果が出ないことなどなんの説明もなく、自費で意味がわからないくらい高い金額を取られました。
その時は急いでいたので、会社帰りに電話したところ、必要と思われる処置を下の一点張りで、そういった処置をする前の説明がなかったことを悪びれる様子は全くなく、常に院長先生に確認して、院長先生に相談しての一点張りで全く応じてくれませんでした。
院長のみが医師で、一度も院長には会わずに終わりました。
もう最悪です。消費者センターに相談してみます。こんな対応は婦人科では初めてなので言葉がでません。
同じ被害者が出ないように弱者である消費者が悔しい思いをやるせない思いをしないように書き込みました。

Only the director was a doctor, and I never met the director.
It's the worst. I will consult with the consumer center. This is the first time in gynecology, so I can't speak.
I wrote it so that the vulnerable consumer would not feel regretful and irresistible so that the same victim would not appear.

院長自ら問診から施術まで見て頂き、最善、最速で結果を重視してくれる感じで無駄が無い感じがとても良いです。
院内も綺麗で、慣れたら分かりやすいシステムです。
こちらに通い出して3ヶ月強で、初めての体外受精で陽性頂けました。まだ胎嚢確認までは気は抜けませんが、ありがとうございました。

結果、行くたびに、1.2時間待たされ、ひどい時は3時間…毎回内診で排卵してるか確認するだけ。タイミング療法を何故か進められていました。毎回排卵確認で2.3万…
タイミング療法ではなく体外受精希望のはずです。と聞いたら、当初の聞き取りのナースと医者の連携が取れてなかったようでした。カルテ見ればわかるはずなのに記載されてなかったようです。お金を捨てたようなものです。その件も、受付で丸聞こえの状態で質問して問題がわかりその帰り道にお詫びのような電話がかかってきて、排卵近いなら採卵しますよ。と。。
卵の数も少ないという検査が出てるのに、急に採卵して卵とれるんですか？という、疑問もあり、お断りしました。
そもそも会社近くを選んだのに数時間待たされたのでは意味がありません。
技術以前の問題でいろんな事が不快な病院です。。

内診、子宮の検査全てに医療用ゼリーを一切使用してくれない為、非常に痛いです。冷たい器具をそのまま入れてきて、なかなか入らないと力付くで強引にねじ込んできます。
内診の後の数日間は会陰裂傷で排尿時に痛みが走り辛いです。
子宮鏡検査の時も強引にねじ込み子宮口を力付くで開くので激痛で気を失いそうになるくらい辛かったです。検査後は痛みが無くなるまで2週間程かかりました。
でもいつもある程度の患者は来ていて、知名度があるのか何故人気があるのか全くわかりません。
お勧めは出来ません。

筆談、指差し確認にしてもらえるとよいと思う。
採血が毎回痛い。上手い人に当たったことがない。もう少し練習してほしい。

先日無事出産に至りました。
1回目ということもあり、クリニックの方針ややり方にお任せして淡々と通いましたが間違いなかったです。色々な情報に惑わされずお任せしてよかったと思います。
夫とは事実婚で当初あまり協力的ではなかったのですが、結果、一度も夫は来院することなく卒業できました。たくさんのクリニックに問い合わせ有名な他院も検討しましたが、事実婚では断られたり、パートナーと一緒に！などと掲げているところも多い中、その点も本当に助かりましたし、夫との間でトラブルなく治療を進めていくことができたと思います。
自分は一生授かることができないんだと泣いていた日々が嘘のように今は可愛い赤ちゃんが隣におり、先生をはじめクリニックの皆様には感謝してもしきれません。

は間違いないです。
ですが、
・かかる前に他院で採った検査結果
・何が気になるのか
・事前に問診票を細かく記載
→これらをすることで、無駄な検査も省かれこちらの希望に沿ったプランや必要なことを教えてくれます。
男性医師ですが、サッパリとしていて相談したことに対して丁寧に答えてくれます！！
平日遅くまで、土日もやっているため、働く女性にオススメです！
かかっていた他院との比較ですが、クリニックは綺麗！
私が受かった日は看護婦さん受付の方も綺麗な方ばかりで丁寧で優しい方ばかりでした。
あと、不妊の原因を見つけてくれた唯一の病院。モヤモヤもスッキリしたのでしばらくは通います。
