I spent almost 3 hours inside the clinic and my consultation was probably only 5 minutes, so be aware of the waiting time. English service is good, just disappointed with the lack of clinic services available and how long I waisted waiting on corridors.

Staff doesn’t look well trained I have been cheated on my wife’s pregnancy tests here. I called before coming here to check whether I can use ward office maternity coupons, I was told “Yes”. When I came here, I was told you need to reimburse it from Yokohama ward office, But they took my Cancer test coupon and didn’t tell me if that can be used here and collected the sample. Later while payment they told me that it can’t be used. They shouldn’t have done the test in first place after knowing the coupon can’t be used. And in General the testing doesn’t start immediately, They collect it and do later. When I asked that you don’t need to test it, They said test is already started. They forced me to pay extra money for the test. Please stay away from this clinic if you are low in budget. Also the payment receipt didn’t have any details of tests, When I asked it was not a clear answer. Ultimately disappointed.
