電車が来ないと普通の無人駅だけど、確かに地域住民の足として利用されている実感がある。
これぞ無人駅！

木野山神社の門前町として期待して来た人にはガッカリ！
◎残念な点
⚫︎味気ない駅舎で面白味がない。
⚫︎街並みに風情がない。
(田舎なのに昭和風情が漂ってないのが残念)

⚫︎星1にしなかったのは、歴史ある木野山神社の最寄り駅だから敬意を表して。
魅力 There is no attraction as a station.
It is disappointing to the person who expected as Monzen-cho of Kinoyama Shrine!

There is no taste in the city.
(It is a pity that there is no Showa style even though it is rural)
評 価 Evaluation
It is the nearest station of historic Kinoyama Shinto shrine to have not made it to Comet 1 in honor of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 備中高梁からは井倉〜石蟹間を除いて単線となる伯備線。駅舎自体も豪渓駅や隣の備中川面駅とほぼ同じ造りの駅舎である。コンビニが近くにあるけど国道に横断歩道はあるが信号はない。「止まる」という事を知らないドライバーが多いので注意して下さい。下りホームから「こっそり」出られます。
From Bichu-Takahashi, the Hakubi line is a single track except between Ikura and Ishiga. The station building itself is almost the same as Gokei Station and the neighboring Bitchū-Kawamo Station. There is a convenience store nearby, but there is a pedestrian crossing on the national highway, but there is no signal. Please note that many drivers do not know that they will "stop". You can "sneak" out from the down platform.
