★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「やくも」は車体をくねらせ、115系はモーターを一際唸らせて伯備線を走る。ここも無人駅でトイレの設置はない。駅の隣にJRの変電所が置かれている。複線区間も次の備中高梁で一旦終わる。
"Yakumo" twists the car body, and the 115 series runs on the Hakubi line with the motor groaning. This is also an unmanned station and there is no toilet installed. There is a JR substation next to the station. The double track section also ends once at the next Bichu Takahashi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京からのライブ遠征で岡山に。ライブ後、倉敷駅から岡山駅へ向かっていたが反対方向に乗っていたみたいでパニック（笑）辿り着いたのがこの駅です。生まれて初めて無人駅を見ていい経験になりました。降りた乗客は3人、大きなスーツケースを運ぶパニック中の私。前を歩く地元の高校生に不審な目で見られちゃいました…(^_^;)所さんのダーツの旅みたい。降りても何もなさそうだったので、戻る電車を1時間くらいこの駅のホームで待ちました。今となっては良い思い出です。
Live expedition from Tokyo to Okayama. After the live, I was heading from Kurashiki station to Okayama station, but it seems that I was riding in the opposite direction, so I panicked (laughs) and arrived at this station. It was a good experience to see an unmanned station for the first time in my life. Three passengers got off, and I was in a panic carrying a big suitcase. I was suspiciously seen by a local high school student walking in front of me ... (^ _ ^;) It's like a darts trip by Tokoro-san. There seemed to be nothing when I got off, so I waited for the return train at the platform of this station for about an hour. It's a good memory now.
