趣味で飲食店を経営していた女主人は去った。
これは俺の洞察がいかに優れているかということを証明している。

この店は場末のスナックである。
女主人が趣味でやっている店である。
店主が若く料理屋なのでその本質がわかりにくい。
とくに底辺工場労働者の血が流れている
見識が狭いと言うか全く無い浜松人には理解できないだろう。
とにかくこの店に行くとなぜ料理人がほとんど男なのかということがわかる。
仕事に対しての使命感とか責任感が男と女では違うのだ。
しかし日本酒の品揃えと知識・禁煙に免じて★３つ

サンマの梅煮が美味しかった。
マグロのお刺身いま一つでした。
率直なところ料理はどれも酒のツマミ程度で、あまり期待しない方が良いと思います。
料理屋ではなく日本酒BARのようなお店です。
少し入りづらいファサードですが、いざ席に座ると店の雰囲気はアットホームな感じ。
快活な感じの女店主？がMっぽい中年客をイジり倒していた??
