★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店選びに困った時には、わんにしておけば間違いないと思います。浜松にも新しいお店が色々ありますが、差別化のために、お店のウリに特化し過ぎていて、ハマればいいけど、そうじゃない場合は… という事もありがちです。わんは幅広いお客様のニーズに応えてくれます。お通しのサラダがおかわりできるなんて、飲みに行って野菜不足も補えるのは有難いです。個室で落ち着けます。またサービスも迅速でした。少しだけお店の調度品が古くなって来ているところもありますが、そんなに気になりません。

幹事ではないのでコースが何だったかわかりませんが、食事の量が多く、美味しく、お腹いっぱいになりました。
ドリンクのオーダーもそれほど待たされた感じがせず、金曜日の飲み会としては素晴らしいスピードだと思いました。
30人程度で、長いテーブル2つになりましたが、飲み会でよくある、どちらのテーブルで頼んだのみものかわからなくなる状態を避けるため、店員さんがしっかりした対応をされていて、指導が行き届いた店舗さんなんだろうな、と感じました。
最後にも写真撮影を快く引き受けてくださり、ありがとうございました。
またお世話になるときはぜひよろしくお願いします。

I am not the secretary and I do not know what the course was, but the amount of food was great, and it was delicious and full.
I didn't feel that the order for the drink was so much delayed, and I thought it was a great speed for a drinking party on Friday.
About 30 people, it became two long tables, but in order to avoid the situation where it is common to have a drink party and ask only at which table, the clerk is taking firm measures and guidance is given I felt it was a well-maintained store.

店員「炙るの忘れたんでぇちょっと炙ってきますー」
友達のようなノリで悪びれなく言い、戻ってきたあとも謝りもしない。
ジンバックを注文したらほぼジン原液だったので店員に言うと、「いや、ジンジャエール入ってますよ」と
まず非を一切認めないやる気ない店員に食事する気も失せて店長を呼びましたが、店長自体がやる気一切なし。
めんどくさそうに形だけの謝罪で終わりでした。
料理もほぼ手をつけずに退店しましたが、飲み放題とまだ未提供の料理はさすがに料金取られませんでしたが、まるで店は全く悪くないと言わんばかりに他はしっかり料金徴収されました。帰りも謝罪は一切なく、来店したお客の対応してました。
二度と行くことはないですし、気持ちよく飲みたいならここには絶対行かないことをおすすめします。

First of all, I called the store manager because I lost the motivation to eat to the unmotivated clerk who did not admit any blame, but the store manager himself was not motivated at all.
It ended with an apology that seemed to be annoying.
I left the restaurant with almost no changes to the food, but I wasn't charged for all-you-can-drink and food that wasn't served yet, but as if the restaurant wasn't bad at all, the others were charged firmly. I did. There was no apology on the way back, and the customers who came to the store responded.
I will never go there again, and if you want to drink comfortably, I recommend you never go here.

サラダがパリパリして、口にあいましたが、部屋が狭くて、思うように料理が食べれなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お手軽でいつも利用させてもらっています。個室である事、サラダのお通しが何度でも無料である事、つくねが美味しい事、ポイントまで付く事等々、お得感があります。
追加投稿です。2021年の12月にお邪魔した時にはサラダのお通しお代わりは1度だけに変更となっていました。仕方無いのかもしれませんが、それがとてもありがたかっただけにちょっと残念ですね。
It's easy and I always use it. It's a private room, the salad is free as many times as you like, the meatballs are delicious, and you can get points.
This is an additional post. When I visited in December 2021, the salad was changed only once. It may be unavoidable, but it's a little disappointing because I was very grateful for it.
