★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者の当たり外れはあるのでしょうが、自分にあたった担当者は非常に横柄、事務的でお役所仕事そのものでした。
親身になって相談に傾聴しアドバイスをくれるというものではない。不思議なくらい終始、人を見下し突き放すような話し方で、こちらは困ったすえに相談をしているのに、逆に心をえぐられたような気分になった。
もう少し相談員の適正判断、教育をしてほしいものです。
あれなら自動音声かAIチャットのほうがマシなくらいだ。
