広々として、綺麗な館内でした。 駐輪場はなく御池通り沿いの駐輪施設を利用。もちろん割引などはないと思うので30分以上で100円かかります。 中に入って総合受付で要件を伝えると任意の窓口に振り分けてくださいます。 そのご窓口によってかかる時間はまばらですが、早ければ10分もかからないでしょう (平日15時頃利用 自分の窓口は結構かかる窓口なようで30分は待たされました。 せっかく就職活動なので時間を無駄にせず検索機などで検索しながら待つのをオススメします? トイレは男性トイレ利用しましたが、あまり綺麗ではなく少し匂いました…?

年配男性、窓口職員について。気になる求人があり職業相談に行きましたが、窓口担当者は応募するか否かを何度も聞いてくるだけで、こちらの質問には全て当たり障りない返答。あなたに知識がなく回答できない且つ先方に電話もしなくないから、自身で電話して確認しろと言うのですよね?まずはネットで調べろと言われましたよ。こちらは調べた上で記載のない疑問点について聞いてるんです。 他県の職業相談窓口では業種別で担当窓口が割り振られていたこともありますが、すごく親身になって話を聞いてくれ、疑問点はすぐに電話で確認してくれました。 的外れな回答ばかりで、正直知識レベルが合わない人に職業相談する必要性を感じません。体制の問題もありますが、当たった窓口担当者が悪かったと思いたい態度でした。

職員の方も、人間なんで相性があると思います。特に、男性の方の応対が相談乗りにくい感じですね。邪魔くささが漂う感じと、年配の男性の方は、威圧感があり上司と話してる感満載。女性の方も、感じのいい人と別れますね。相談、難しいと思いますが、もう少し寄り添って欲しいですね、コロナ禍、特に厳しい時です。宜しくお願いします。

給付の手続き等に混雑している時間帯は1時間待ちは平気でかかります。 コロナ禍なのでもう少し効率良く仕事をしていただきたいですが、なにぶんお役所仕事で何年も改善されていません。 職業相談窓口は特に男性の職員さんの対応が悪いです。応募先企業への電話はもう少し丁寧な対応をしていただきたいです。(ハローワークの失礼な物言いで応募者のマイナス評価とならないか心配です) 女性の職員さんは比較的対応は良いです。職業相談窓口の担当職員さんは当たり外れがあるのが現状ですが、休職者のためにも一定の水準にしていただきたいと思います。
