お皿もコップも、汚かったり、濡れてたり。
お店も空いてるタイミングなのに、隣と激近の席に通されたりと。
 It's delicious, but the staff is disappointed.
The plates and cups are dirty and wet.
Even though the shop is open, I was taken to a seat next to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しょうがないのですが、飛沫パネルのせいでとても机が狭く、元々用意されてるパスタのお皿も大きいので、机の上がキチキチでした。飛沫パネルは固定されていないので、向かいに座る子供と押し合いになり落としてしまわないかひやひやしました。
子連れにはオススメできません。
ランチセットはスープ+サラダパスタのセットにしましたが、選べるパスタが５種類ほどで、いいなと思うパスタはほとんど追加料金ありで2000円近くします。
子供が食べやすそうなミートソースのものが、なぜかトリュフのせのおかげで一番高く選びにくいです。
普通のメニューも選択肢に入れてほしい。
入口で手頃なお値段でランチを食べたいと思い入店したわりには高くつきました。

Not recommended for families with children.
The lunch set is a set of soup + salad pasta, but there are about 5 types of pasta to choose from, and most of the pasta that I like is close to 2000 yen with an additional charge.
For some reason, the meat sauce that is easy for children to eat is the most expensive and difficult to choose because of the truffles.
I want you to include ordinary menus as options.
It was expensive for me to enter the store because I wanted to have lunch at the entrance at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はとっても美味しいけど接客は教育とかしてないのかなぁと、常々思っていました。まぁ美味しいからいいと思って通っていましたが、今日はひどすぎる！感じ悪すぎる！！なんでキレてるの‥？15時位の混んでる時間帯でもないのに、お水を出すのを忘れている、注文しようと呼んでも「お待ち下さい」と不機嫌そうに叫んでお待たせしましたもない、態度の悪さにこちらがイラッとしたのが伝わったのか、お会計も無愛想で怖かったです。まぁもう行かないです。お金払って不愉快な思いをしたくないので。今まで美味しいパスタをご馳走様でした。

ですが、接客態度がよくない。
入り口にいるのになかなか出てこない、ずっと入り口に背を向けている。店員同士で会話している。
なかなかに適当だと思います。
ランチメニューを見ましたが1000円くらいで食べられるかと思いきや美味しそうなメニューは全て追加料金がかかり、2000円弱は取られます。
サラダにドレッシングがかかっておらず、店員に尋ねたところかけ忘れだったことが判明し作り直してもらいました。
接客だけでなく、料理を作る人もまぁまぁ抜けてると思います。
出てきたパスタは見た目は美味しそう、でも値段相応かそれ以下。
味は美味しいです。唯一褒める点といえばそれくらいでした。
他のお客さんが入ってきても、お好きな席へどうぞーと棒読みの適当な声かけだけならまだしも、メニュー表を持っていかずお客さん自身が取ってました。あり得ませんよね。セルフじゃないんですよ。
バイトの案内には髪型自由、ピアスokなどが記載されていましたが、まぁそういうところなのかなーと思います。風格があまりよくないですね。オシャレカフェと謳う割には、という感じでした。こんな適当で雑な接客でもお金が貰えるのかと思うと少し腹が立ちました。
二度と行きませんが、下見をしておいてよかったです。

I think that not only the customer service but also the people who cook the food are missing.
The pasta that came out looks delicious, but it's worth the price or less.

Even if other customers came in, I didn't have a menu table and the customers themselves took it, even if it was just a proper voice to read the sticks to their favorite seats. It's impossible, isn't it? It's not self.
The guide for the part-time job included hairstyle freedom, piercing ok, etc., but I wonder if that is the case. The personality is not very good. It was a feeling that it was a fashionable cafe. I was a little angry when I wondered if I could get money even with such an appropriate and sloppy customer service.
I won't go there again, but I'm glad I had a preview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生日当日の特典が凄くお得だと以前から知っていたので、誕生日当日に難波に寄って平日ランチ初訪問。
早速、誕生日当日である事を店員さんに告げると…
『三種のランチセット全てが無料』だと説明されたので、
一番お高いＡセットランチを注文。
パスタ大盛り(120円)や、
プラス料金の掛かる種類(③以降は+110円〜)を選ぶと、
その追加料金分だけ支払う形になるそうです。
パスタは麺がモチモチしており、ピリ辛トマトソースは程良く絡みも感じれて期待以上でした。
サラダもボリュームがあり、スープやドリンクもそれなりに良かった。
デザートは『モナカ』が人気だと説明してもらったので、イチゴ味を注文しましたが、とても満足なお味でした。
定価だと…パスタとサラダとスープだけで『1090円〜』となっており、ドリンクや大盛り等にするとだいぶコスパが悪く感じてしまいますが…
なんばパークスという場所柄を考慮すれば…ギリギリ許容範囲になるか微妙な所ですが、
お味は値段に見合う程には良く、
お誕生日特典にも大変満足出来ましたので機会があればまた利用してみたいですね。
