K	K Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客の事をなめているうえに常識と敬語を知らない店員しかいらっしゃらないのですね。笑友人のバースデーで予約をとっていましたが、当日のお昼に予約の人数変更の連絡をすると、"まん防なのでラストオーダーが早まりますけど〜"とその時に言われ頭がハテナ。普通まん防が確定されると一件一件の予約で登録された電話にかけると思いますが? こちらが悪いかのように " え？まん防になったのご存じないんですかぁ？"と言いはじめ呆れました。 "キャンセル処理は食べログに任せてますんでぇ"とか意味不明な事を言ってましたが食べログにそんな機能はございません。こちらも飲食店をしているので、接客の仕方や電話の対応の仕方を一般の方より気になりますがここの店員は異常すぎてびっくりしました。敬語が使えるように上の方も指導されていないのか、上の方が敬語を使えないから指導が出来ないのかどちらかなのでしょうね? 数年前に一度こちらでイベントを行い、その時の店員さんは対応が良かったのですが(身分を明かしているから対応が良かったのかも知れないですね。)今回の事があり残念でもう伺う事はないですね? 追記:店員の対応が悪いと認めるのなら謝罪の一言も出来ないのでしょうか。言い訳ばかりでお客が悪いと言い嘘までつき最悪のお店ですね?
