★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 付近に大衆的なイタリアンレストランが無いため検索の上位に出ますが、不快な気持ちになりたい人以外行くのをお勧めしません。
注文してからの提供時間がとても長いです。肉の盛り合わせとピザだけで45分程度待ちました。席の埋まり具合は半分程度だったので満席と言うわけでもなく、不可解でした。
ピザ等、料理工程に時間がかかるメニューの提供に時間がかかるならまだ理解ができます。しかし、セットのサラダやパンなど、すぐ出せる準備がしてあるであろう、してなくても10分もあれば出せるであろうものが20分以上提供されず、注文を忘れてしまったのかな？と思い普通にまた声をかけると、女性の店員さんに今作っておりますので?と苛立った様子で言われました。その後も女性の店員の方は私たちの卓の皿を下げずに隣の皿だけ下げたりと、気持ちの良くない対応で、苛立ちが増すばかりでした。
提供時も遅くなりました、の一言もないため大変不快でした。
常連と見られる他のテーブルのお客さんには、小まめにドリンクを補充したり、私たちより後に頼んでいた料理が到着していたため、こういうスタンスの店なのだなと感じ、2度といかず、人にも注意しようと思いました。
料理の提供に時間がかかってしまう見込みがあったり、優先したいお客がいるなら入店時にその旨伝えてほしいと思います。
料理は普通であったための辛うじての星1です。
 It's ranked high in the search because there are no popular Italian restaurants nearby, but we don't recommend going unless you want to feel uncomfortable.
The delivery time after ordering is very long. I waited for about 45 minutes just for the meat platter and pizza. The seats were only half full, so it wasn't full and it was puzzling.
If it takes time to serve a menu that takes a long time to cook, such as pizza, you can still understand. However, I forgot to order because I wasn't offered more than 20 minutes of what I would be ready to serve, such as set salads and breads, which I would have been able to serve in 10 minutes without it. Wonder? When I called out again, I was told by a female clerk that I was making it now, so I was frustrated. Even after that, the female clerk did not lower the plate on our table, but only the plate next to it, which was an unpleasant response, and the frustration only increased.
It was very unpleasant because there was no word that it was offered late.
The customers at other tables, who seemed to be regulars, were replenished with drinks frequently, and the food they ordered after us arrived, so I felt that it was a store with such a stance, and I never went there again. I wanted to be careful with people.
If there is a possibility that it will take time to serve the food, or if there are customers who want to give priority, I would like you to tell that when you enter the store.
The food is barely a star 1 because it was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived into Osaka (from Kyoto) late into the evening and wanted an enjoyable and hearty meal. Found this little gem tucked down in a basement through GURUNAVI app and was not disappointed!
Friendly, welcoming and warm staff and most importantly really tasty and well put together Italian food! They had an English menu for us off their iPad which was thoughtful. The restaurant was crowded with Japanese revellers so the atmosphere was cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who is accustomed to (european) italian food, the pizza is quite an adventure. Not authentic but actually not that bad. The staff was a friendly and upbeat guy. Decent place for a quick bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our food took way to long to arrive, we did have the Raclette, but still, for this price point it's absolutely unacceptable. I had the beef, which is supposed to be a main but was one piece of meat and a few leaves of salad. For 1800¥ and after 45 min. On top of it it was good but nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetarian Friendly, Great food, Great service, what else does one need.
They staff was more than accommodating when it came to my vegetarian needs. I usually have to ask for restaurants to hold the chicken or beef, but the staff asked if I would like some vegetables instead with the pasta. (This rarely happens in Nippon).
It seemed like a place where the staff is genuinely interested in making great food for their customers. Will definitely go again!
