少なくとも○○○病院に常勤してる内科の医師よりはよっぽど信用が置けます。
I do not know why the evaluation is bad. It is a kind and polite response. I have heard about the details and thought that the judgment was appropriate.
At least you can trust more than a doctor who is a full-time physician at XX Hospital.
