は	はるなつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母に蕁麻疹のような症状があったので付き添いで行きましたが、ある看護師の対応が非常に悪かったです。母は病気後の障害の一つとして上手く話が出来ません。それでも自分の症状を一生懸命話している母に対して、その看護師は高圧的な態度で対応していてその時点でかなり気分が悪かったのですが、先生の診察を受けている時にカーテンの向こうから聞こえてきた言葉に耳を疑いました。「何言ってるかわかんないんだけど」「全然話噛み合わなくない？」「マジ疲れるわ〜」頭に血が上って叫びそうになりました。仕事後に病院外で愚痴を言うならまだしも、カーテン一枚挟んだ向こう側で母が診察を受けている状況です。全部聞こえています。すぐ近くには順番を待っている他の患者さん達もいますが当然聞こえていたはずです。髪が赤茶色の眼鏡をかけた40〜50代くらいの看護師の方、あなたは医療従事者として不適格です。すぐ辞めて下さい。医療の現場から離れて下さい。二度と顔を見たくありません。また他の看護師や事務の方々、あんな人間と一緒に働いていて何も感じないのでしょうか。何よりも先生はどういった考えであの看護師を雇っているのでしょうか。あの看護師がたまたまあの対応や態度を取ったとは思えません。恐らく度々ああいったことがあるのだと思います。他にも同じような思いをされた患者さんがいるはずです。 1週間後にまた様子を見せに来てとのことでしたがもう二度と行きません。今回は私が付き添いましたが、私が知らないところで母がこれ以上ひどい扱いを受けるかもしれないなんて耐えられません。はっきり言って不信感しかありませんので別の病院に変えます。少しでも多くの方々に伝わって欲しく、長文にて失礼します。 My mother had a symptom like urticaria, so I went with her, but the response of a nurse was very bad.
