p	plume s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師の方は丁寧にとても分かりやすく説明してくださり、受診して不安が解消し、診て頂けて良かったと感じました。穏やかで親身になって対応してくださる印象でした。ただ、HPに「窓口で初診であることをお伝え下さい」と書いてあるのを見て、受付で「初診なんですけれども…」と伝えたところ、その方は一言も言葉を発さずただこちらを見続け、こちらから「受付はどのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか？」とお伺いして、初めて案内してくださる、という対応でした。このような応対は他では受けたことがなかったため驚いたのと、非常に不快でした。先生や看護師の方々、院内の清潔感などがとても良く、また何かあればお世話になりたいと感じたのですが、とても残念でした。 The doctor explained me in a very easy-to-understand manner, and I was glad that I was able to see the doctor because my anxiety was resolved.
