衣は薄くてカリッ サクッです
油切れがいいのでお腹にもたれないのがいいですね
えび と どてやき それから なす は絶対に食べてほしいですね
あと、大将がけっこう絡んできます
ソースの付け方とか他の店のこととか
通っているうちに「ああ。なるほどね」ってわかるようになるんですが、
初めての客には好き嫌いがあるでしょうね
カウンターのみで8人ぐらいしか入れないのでそこは注意ですね

衣は全体に薄くパリッとしている。
キャベツの量は少なめだが、とても新鮮で、硬い芯などはきちんと取り除いて食べやすいところだけ提供している。
もちろん、お代わり自由。
換気がやや悪く、衣服にニオイが着くのは覚悟したほうが良いかも。

1軒目に選んだのはこちらの串カツ屋さん。
ご夫婦で営むカウンター席のみのこじんまりとしたお店だ。
先客は訳ありそうな(汗)カップル1組。
奥の席が空いていたので、お邪魔しま～す♪

どて焼は、評判よさげだったので真っ先に注文。
よう煮込まれたスジ肉でどろっと濃厚、旨味いっぱい。
しかし、、激甘なのが玉に瑕。
もう少し甘さ控えめがいいかな。
串カツはザクザクっとした歯触りのころもが特徴的。
「ソースは片面ね♪」とママ。
こってりとしていて若干のとろみを持っているソースは辛口。
おっしゃる通り片面くらいがちょうど良い。
終始おもろいトークのママなので、飽きることなく時間が過ごせた。
名物マスターは就寝中で、お話しすることは叶わなかったのでまた夜お邪魔してみよう。
さて2軒目向かいましょう、ごちそうさま。

値段も安く、大将の毒舌トークも楽しく、これ以上の串かつ屋さんは見つけられる自信が無い。。
高温で揚げているためか換気が弱いためか、店内は煙がすごいので服は確実に臭いがつくので注意。それでも行きたくなる魅力のある素敵な店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ くせが強い大将、いい意味で。本人曰く新世界で一番うまいみたい。いきなりコーラと卵なんかを注文しようもんなら、睨まれます（笑）多分。お腹が膨れて一人６本以上オーダーするルールを守るが危うくなるからです。初めて行ったときに隣のカップルの女の子が実際注文したら大将にやめとけ言われてました。それからきくやのファンです。串は全然油っぽくなくもたれる感じも無く美味しいです。
