浩	浩二本城 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。バラチラシは見た目よりもボリューミーで、満腹になります。ネタも新鮮で、味も濃厚で大変満足。店内も清潔感よく、明るかったので好印象でした。 I visited for lunch. The rose leaflet is more voluminous than it looks and makes you full. Y	Yukitaka Ohtsuka (York) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年来通う、菊寿司。茅場町で営業してるからだろうか、とてもリーズナブルお寿司屋さん。以前の勤務先が近くであったため、親方とは、朝一番よくご挨拶をしておりました。夜の営業時間に訪問したことはないのですが、お昼のランチが絶品です。私は、毎回バラちらしをオーダーします。暑い時期は野菜サラダ、寒くなると茶碗蒸しが着席と同時に配膳されます。カウンター席に座っていると、おもむろに親方が作業に入ります。目の前でマグロやその日に散らされる白身魚、さらに椎茸を甘口に煮たものを細かく包丁をいれ、玉子をちらし、いくらをもってから、かいわれ大根。そして目の前に配膳されます。やや遅れて、しじみ汁も出していただきます。冷静に醤油にわさびをとかしていますが、心待ち焦ってます。早く食べたくて。ご飯は普通盛りにしてますが、親方がもっと食べろと、やや多めに盛られます。親方の配慮で女性には少し少なくしてるようなので、女性でがっちり食べたいかたは、おおめでといえばしっかりお腹一杯になりますよ。とにかく、このビジュアルなチラシ寿司で980円は格安です。また、お釣のお札がいついっても、ピン券でかいされます。私はいつも一万円でお支払して、ピン券をいただきます。これも、気持ちいいサービスです。 Chrysanthemum sushi that has been around for several years. a	aki nona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お味の質の高さと、お値段のお手頃さに驚いた。銀座でこのクオリティのお味なら多分、倍のお値段は余裕でいくしそれでも満足するだろう。伺ったのは友人がいきつけでとても素晴らしいお店と紹介してもらい、会食で予約させて頂いた。日本橋からも歩いて十分いけるロケーション、店内はキリッと清潔で和の香りと凛とした美しさがあるけど、温もり溢れる接客に、とても活気ある雰囲気。予算をお伝えしつつお任せでお願いさせて頂いたコースは、正直１品目の小鉢から、あぁ…全然違う、お味の構成がもうお値段比より何クラスも上だ、とわかるもの。お刺身も蒸し料理も、勿論にぎりも、これはここ最近頂いたお寿司で郡を抜いてるな、と感服した。パーティションで区切って頂いた半個室にいたので、店員さんとのコミュニケーションはあまりできなかったけど、カウンターで話ながらも素敵だろうな。 I was surprised at the quality of the taste and the affordability of the price. When we were finished, we got even more nigari and maki to try. We felt very welcome and had a fantastic evening and they waved us goodbyes on the street. We will come back.
