ただ、テイクアウト故に冷えているので、そのまま食べるのでは八割くらい味が落ちてしまいます。なので、食べる際は蒸し器でふんわりさせ、その後は網焼きの上に乗せて、表面にタレを塗りつつ軽く表面を炙る……この一手間を加えるだけで、そこらの鰻屋よりも美味いんじゃないかという絶品の鰻になります。
