★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そんなにお腹空いてなかったんですが、食べてみると、久々にハンバーグ美味しいなと思いました。裏メニューのレアでいただきました。また、追チーズをかけて、鉄板で仕上げるチーズリゾットが激うまです！ これにデザートと抹茶がついて1050円なのでコスパも最高！ 次はビール飲みながらいただきたいです！

女性客が多かったのでボリュームや内容的にも女性が食べやすいサイズ感、味付けだと思います。
お肉はつなぎなし、100％ビーフのみ。
新鮮だからこそできるハンバーグ。
肉汁がすごい。カットするたびに溢れるジュウ。
ハンバーグの味付けも胡椒がきつくないのでお肉の風味と食感をしっかり味わえる。
付け合せの野菜も、ソースにしっかり絡んで良い箸休め。お口の気分転換に最適。
ソースも数種類あり、次回来店時は別のソースで楽しんでみようと思いました。
コンボセットがオススメです。
ハンバーグで生のお肉を楽しめるのは静岡さわやか以来。最高。

行ってみました！
人気店らしく、
行った時には満席で、10～15分程待った。
でも待ったかいがあった！！！！！
てくらい、美味しかった！
中はレアで。
こんなハンバーグ初めて食べました！！
〆にご飯でリゾット！！
大満足なランチです。
そして最後は

平日の開店時間に伺ったのですが、それ以降続々とお客さんが入ってすぐ満席になり、外には列ができていました！
裏吉祥寺ハンバーグのAセットと表吉祥寺ハンバーグAセットを頼みました。

にんじんのポタージュ
お米
手作り葛餅&抹茶
とハンバーグのセット。
1500円弱の金額でしたかそれ以上の美味しさとボリュームでした！
にんじんのポタージュは本当に人参なの？？というくらい甘みがあっていくらでも飲める！
ハンバーグはチーズたっぷりでとにかく美味しい！
4種類のソースから選べるのですが、どれもおいしくて毎回迷ってしまいます。
裏吉祥寺ハンバーグはかなりレアな焼き上がりで、レア好きにらたまらない！ハンバーグというよりほぼ飲み物笑
食べ終わった後は追いチーズソースをお米にかけてリゾットとしても食べられます！これがまた美味しい！
そしてしめの手作り葛餅はお土産で買って帰りたいくらいのクオリティ。
こちらは何を食べても本当に美味しい！
店主の方も気さくで感じの良い方で居心地の良いお店です。
駅から少し離れていますが行く価値あり！

と聞いて、早速お伺いして参りました。
どちらを食べようかと悩んでおりましたが、
表裏両方が頂ける「食べ比べ」のセットが
あり、注文しました。
裏ハンバーグはチーズソースとガーリック
ソースが固定であり、表バーグは4種の
ソースから選ぶことができます。
メインのチーズソースは、想像よりもサラリと
していて肉によく合い、そしてご飯にも
よく合います。
お肉は裏も表も柔らかく焼かれ、中は半生であって
肉汁著しく、溶け出た肉汁がソース、そして
ハンバーグに再度絡みつき、大変美味しく
頂きました。
五穀米も香りがあって大変に美味しく、恥ずかし
ながらご飯の追加を致しました。
肉と共にこの米飯を頂けたことを、心の内で御仏に
感謝申し上げ一心に食べてしまいました。
ハンバーグだけで無く、前菜のサラダ 野菜が美味
しい事言うまでもなく、玉葱と茸類をすり潰して
調味されたかのような濃厚で酸味の無いドレッシング
がこれまた美味しく、気がつけば無くなっておりました。
店員さんも明るく気さくで、気持ちよく食事をさせて
頂きました。
