★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方のコメントにもある通り、とにかく接客態度が悪すぎる。一部ではなく、全員ですね。これは、改善の糸口ないでしょう。。。また、店が狭すぎて、イートインで利用する気にはならない。法律で義務になってないにしても、もう少しコロナ対策もしたら？そして、スタッフ間で話す際はへらへらしてるくせに、客には愛想のひとつもない。それどころか、商品を投げるように渡すなんて、ケンタッキーでは、客を動物のように扱えと指示されているのかな？肝心の商品、、、テイクアウト用なのか、相当作りだめしているくせに提供にめちゃくちゃ時間掛かるのはなぜ？店員同士でふざけ合っている暇あるなら、さっさと商品渡してって感じ。この結果、、、作り貯め＋遅い提供＝ギトギトのフライドチキン。正規の料金でこんな商品を提供するなんて考えられない。
 As other people commented, the customer service attitude was just too bad. Not some, but everyone. This will not be a clue for improvement. .. .. The essential product ... Is it for take-out, and why does it take so long to provide it even though it is quite unmade? If the clerk has time to play around with each other, it feels like handing over the product. As a result, ... Making and saving + late serving = fried chicken of Gitogito. It is unthinkable to offer such a product at a regular price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいし時々、無性に食べたくなる！オリジナルチキンを頼むとほとんどムネ肉なのが残念。あれって本当に部位を選べたらなぁ〜って思います。
It's delicious and sometimes I want to eat it asexually! It's a pity that when I order the original chicken, it's almost meat. I wish I could really choose the part.

家から近く利用しますがテキパキしてるのでスムーズです。
ウーバーのオーダーが入りやすいようなので少し混雑感ありますが持ち帰りなら特に待つ事なく受け取れるのでありがたいです。

店長らしき方もクルーと私語。
コロナ禍でありえないなとおもいました。
