サーロインとリブロースがあり、220gが2,400円とリーズナブルで旨かった！！
ビール片手にアッというまにたいらげました。
大阪から遠いので、次回はいつになることやら？
八ヶ岳にお越しの時は、是非立ち寄ってみては如何でしょうか？
予め予約をしておいた方が無難です！！
 9/24 I came down from Mt. Aka for 9 hours and used it at the consolation party.
There are sirloin and ribulose, and 220g is reasonable and delicious at 2,400 yen! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シーザーサラダはチーズの味が濃厚でベーコンも分厚い。ステーキはサーロインとリブロースどちらも美味しい。肉を感じたいなら熱々鉄板で出てくるサーロイン！厚みもあるしTHE肉という感じ。オニオンソースはご飯が進みます。量は特に多いという感じはなく丁度良い。コース料理は宿泊客と３日前までの予約なら可能。アメリカンの雰囲気と自然の中で食べるステーキは最高！スタッフも笑顔で良い感じ。もう少しコストが安ければなぁとは思います。
Caesar salad has a rich cheese taste and thick bacon. The steak is delicious with both sirloin and ribulose. If you want to feel the meat, the sirloin that comes out hot on the iron plate! It's thick and it feels like THE meat. Rice goes on the onion sauce. There is no feeling that the amount is particularly large and it is just right. Course meals are available with guests up to 3 days in advance. The steak you eat in the American atmosphere and nature is the best! The staff also smiles and feels good. I wish the cost was a little cheaper.

歩いて行ける距離にあるのが良かったです。
予約をしていなかったのですが、2人だったからか入れていただけました。
甲州牛は柔らかくて美味しかったです。
ガーリックソルトでいただきました。
ハンバーグの和風ソースは甘めでした。りんごの風味がしました。
牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みも柔らかくたべやすかったです。
他にも気になるメニューもあり、宿も気に入ったので、また伺わせていただきたいです。
I stayed at Keyspring next door, so I asked him to be impatient.
It was good to be within walking distance.
I didn't make a reservation, but I was able to get in because there were two people.
Koshu beef was tender and delicious.
I had it with garlic salt.
The Japanese-style sauce of the hamburger was sweet. It tasted like apples.
The beef stewed in red wine was also soft and easy to eat.
There are other menus that interest me, and I like the inn, so I would like to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were first cautious about the place because it was really empty and the presentation of the menu wasn’t inviting but we ended up eating a really delicious meal. The caesar salad is delicious and the fish was great also! Since it was late we decided not to have beef, but we were happy with our choices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the menu is locally sourced and is cooked perfectly. Simple choices with steaks from Yamanashi the highlights. Homey atmosphere and good vibes. Very attentive staff.
It is much more expensive vs local restaurants as this is attached to the 5 star hotel next door. You get what you pay for!
