★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet is in a very nice setting, among the forest of 八ヶ岳. Plenty of parking area too. However, the range of shops are slightly limited, and mostly focus on outdoor clothing.

There are not many famous stores, but it is fun to search for outdoor and ethnic related bargains.
It is a wonderful place to relax slowly with a family on a sunny day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compact in size and major brand shops are missing but it’s like shopping in the middle of a forest and it feels good. The whole place closes at 7pm and dinner has to be pretty early if you want to eat there. Coupon discount with highway toll is available, and will save you almost the one way toll for shopping coupon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the stores have closed since I last went there. I do recommend the three outdoor stores there though. Hardware, Colombia and another Italian brand that I don't remember the name of.
Food choices are avarage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is like a ghost town outlet. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the burger restaurant which I thought was very good. Most stores here are closed. I wouldn't suggest coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avirex is one of our favorite brand. The sales lady was very kind and it was a lucky day yesterday because of the huge sale not only on Avirex but on most of the stores.
We went here during weekdays so it was a slack day and there were only few shoppers but I like it that way, we had a lot of time to choose without minding the cost and the limited items.
