普段から、POLAさんのリンクルショット メディカルセラム、ジオセラム、前にサンプルで頂いた、BAシリーズの化粧水、乳液、洗顔、メイク落としを使用しています！ 続けるほど、効果を感じられ、いつも重宝してるのですが、マスク生活になり、いつも出来ずらかったニキビが出来るようになり、赤みが出たりと、肌トラブルがでてきてしまい、薬局でニキビ用のスキンケアを使っても、あまり調子が良くなかったので、今回、hotpepper beautyから予約させて頂きました！施術自体は、とても気持ちよくて、終わったあと、鏡を見ると肌がいつもよりもちもちしてて、肌も来た時より綺麗になりました！マッサージのおかげか、顔全体もすっきりしており、仕上がりも大満足でした！でも、初回って、どういうサロンで、こういうやり方でとか、説明を受けたり、分からないことを聞いて解決したり、色々とやり取りするじゃないですか？その時の担当の方が中国の方で、日本語が分かりづらく、単語選びも分かりづらかったです。聞きづらく、分かりづらかったので、少しストレスでした。もし、英語がいけたら、英語の方がまだストレスフリーだったかもしれません。(中国語は話せません…)担当の方は、優しく一生懸命頑張ってくださり、施術も良く全く悪くないのですが、初回だけは、説明とかもろもろあるので、日本語メインの私には、日本語の流暢な方でお願いしたかったです。

The more I continue, the more I feel the effect, and it's always useful, but I've become a mask life, and I've become able to get acne that I always had difficulty with, and I've had skin problems such as redness, so I'm using it at a pharmacy for acne. Even if I used this skin care, I wasn't feeling very well, so I made a reservation from hotpepper beauty this time! The treatment itself was very pleasant, and when I looked in the mirror after finishing it, my skin was more chewy than usual, and my skin became cleaner than when I came! Thanks to the massage, the whole face was clean and the finish was very satisfying! But for the first time, at what kind of salon, you can get explanations, ask questions and solve them, and interact with each other. The person in charge at that time was from China, and it was difficult to understand Japanese and word selection. It was a little stressful because it was hard to hear and understand. If I could speak English, it might have been more stress-free. (I can't speak Chinese ...) The person in charge is kind and works hard, and the treatment is good and not bad at all, but for the first time, there are various explanations, so for me, who is mainly Japanese, I wanted to ask someone who is fluent in Japanese.
