本鮪のお刺身は冷凍で凍ったまま出てきた挙げ句、ドリップが出てベチャベチャでした(*T^T)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しさは、バツグンでした。お魚が美味しいのは、もちろんですが、ブイヤベースが、是非おすすめです。いわしのお刺身が、食べられたのは、嬉しかったです。

フグのコースを予約。旬のお造りやてっさにフグの唐揚げ、鍋、最後の雑炊までどれを食べても美味しくて、だいまんぞくでした。
鍋の作り方などちゃんと教えてくださったり、サービスしてくれたりと、小遣いもありで良いお店でした。

以前ランチで食べた海鮮丼と予約した人へのサービスでいただいた自家製豆腐が忘れられず、ずっとまた行きたいと思っていたお店でした。
お刺身の盛り合わせはどれも新鮮で脂ののった物ばかりでした。
ホタルイカの天ぷらは時間が経ってもカラッとしたまま(その頃にはほぼ食べきってましたが)。
自家製の豆腐は硬めで塩でも醤油でもどちらも美味しかったし、自家製のこんにゃくはクセがなく酢味噌がよく合っててこれも美味しかったです。
私にはしょっちゅう行けるお店ではありませんが、たまの贅沢にまた行きたいと思います。
おすすめです。

It's not a shop I can go to all the time, but I would like to go back to the occasional luxury.
