I have been here for about 7 years, but I hated exercising. I can keep up with my own pace and the coaches are good people and I can continue.

I'm glad that the coaches always say hello when they come in and when they go home. Moreover, it's amazing to remember your name! Coaching according to your tension and physical condition, always smiling! Not everyone can do it. I have to emulate!
