Best Train station in japan

M	Michał Sylwester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special, just a station. Still this one trends to have a lot of staff to help people who just arrived at Narita Airport. It is especially important here, as it's easy to get confused be the JR station just meters away and the way the Keisei Main Line platform is separated from the Sky Express platform.

Such a disgrace to represent Keisei & Japan, since they are the first people to greet the visitors. If they don't have visitors, economy goes down, and lose their jobs.
J	Joshua LeMond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot to pick up my bag from over head when I got off the train. I asked for help to the station but they turned me away. I stayed at the airport for two hours to see if they found anything yet they still wouldn’t help me at all. All they did was gave me a piece of paper with phone number for lost and found. I had American provider for phone service so my phone calls didn’t want to go through so I explained to them and asked for help. All they told me was to use the public phone in the airport that costs 10 yen every 15 seconds. Which they never picked up. So thank you. For not helping me.

But its not the end, the lady at Terminal 2 ticket office, with long-sighted glasses was so rude, we were trying to get round trip tickets, and was confirming, she started to talk rudely with a rude attitude. When I no longer can stand her, asked her to stop her rudeness, she even talked back, told me nothing's wrong. What type of service is that? They should be shame to what happened with the tourist & be extra patient and helpful. SHAME ON HER.
H	Henry Szablicki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better location and train schedule than the JR line, plus faster and cheaper (even if you later transfer to JR at Nippori!). Only problem, maximum train length is 8 cars compared to JR's 15 cars, so it gets a lot more crowded.

c	christel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so helpful. The train is always on time and it's nice and clean. The aircondition is heaven for a foreigner like me. The Japanese train system is probably the best train system and most efficient train system I've encountered. Also huge huge thanks to the young man who was at work the 13th of August 2019 at the desk at Narita terminal 2 and 3. He was really ready and service minded when it came to helping me finding my post baggage. I'm very grateful for all the staff that helped me.
