持ってきてくれたチャーシュー麺大盛、見た目、香りが既にGOOD。ちなみにチャーシュー麺が700円、大盛100円増し。食べてみて、美味くて、美味すぎて。会津若松に来るときは、扇やさんに馬刺しを注文して、待ち時間に「かやの食堂」さんで会津ラーメンを食べて…、というパターンに私は決めた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌チャーシューが美味しかったです。あっさりめの味噌に生姜やニンニクも強すぎず、チャーシューから塩気がでて旨味がでて最後まで飽きずに頂きました。
The miso char siu was delicious. The light miso, ginger and garlic weren't too strong, and the char siu was salty and delicious, so I didn't get tired of it until the end.

テーブル席３つと奥に座敷もあるみたいです。
野菜炒めの気分でしたが、壁に貼られたメニューには見当たらなかったので、焼肉定食を注文…何となくオバちゃんがちょっとぶっきらぼうな感じσ(^_^;
初訪問だったので普段はわかりませんが、今日はそのオバちゃん１人で調理…甘塩っぱいタレと黒胡椒が絶妙に絡んだ、ホントに旨～い豚バラ焼きを御馳走になりました♪

It's my first visit, so I don't usually know, but today I cooked by Oba alone...I really enjoyed the delicious pork belly grilled with sweet and salty sauce and black pepper ♪
