田	田中正義 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋市緑区にある、隠れた名店。随分老舗で店内はテーブル四席、二人がけの座敷が二席とかなり手狭なお店です。随分昔に行ったことがあり、近くを通ったのでかなり久しぶりに行ってみました。今回はカツ鍋ざる蕎麦定食を注文しました。昼時の休日に利用した為店内はほぼ満席でした。出前もやっている様で提供にかなり時間がかかりました。ようやく運ばれてきました料理はカツ鍋、ざる蕎麦、白米、豆腐、お新香でした。蕎麦はかなりコシがあって、食感よく美味しかったです。カツも柔らかく、味付けも抜群です。有名店では無いですが、名店です。 A hidden restaurant in Midori-ku, Nagoya. The dishes that were finally carried were cutlet hotpot, miso soba, white rice, tofu, and fresh incense. The buckwheat noodles were quite crispy and delicious. The cutlet is also soft and seasoning is excellent. It is not a famous store, but it is a famous store.
に	にゃんトラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業40年の老舗。うどんは手打ちで美味しい。蕎麦は業者仕入れ。訪問初期にあれこれ頼んだが今ではカツ丼ときしめんのセットばかり。カツ丼の美味しい店は不思議なほど少ないがここは例外。カツ自体は薄くて「とんかつ」としてはもの足りないが、カツ丼としての完成度はすこぶる高い。とんかつとカツ丼は別の料理なのだと教えてくれる優秀な教材である。使われているとんかつは朝まとめて揚げられた取り置きだが、口開け直後の揚げたてを使ったカツ丼よりもしばらくして熱が取れたものの方がおいしく感じられるのもカツ丼と言う料理の面白さだろうか。カツ煮の上にかけられた溶き玉子の半熟具合も見事で、食べる度に幸せを感じられる。 A long-established store with 40 years of history. There are surprisingly few delicious katsudon restaurants, but this is an exception. The cutlet itself is thin and not enough as a tonkatsu, but the completeness of the cutlet bowl is quite high. Tonkatsu and Katsudon are excellent teaching materials that teach you that they are different dishes. The tonkatsu used are fried all together in the morning, but it's more interesting to cook the tonkatsu that the heat is removed after a while rather than the fried pork cutlet just after opening the mouth. Or? The soft-boiled egg on the boiled katsu is also wonderful and you can feel happy every time you eat it.
