西	西崎一弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダム完成に伴い国土交通省のダム周辺整備事業交付金が大幅削減され、長野原町から嘱託職員だった駅員も令和3年3月末で契約終了し現在は無人駅になりました。駅周辺には無料駐車場があり散歩に便利。バスタクシーターミナルもありますが利用者は皆無! With the completion of the dam, the subsidy for the dam area maintenance project of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism was significantly reduced, and the station staff who was a part-time employee from Naganohara Town ended the contract at the end of March 3rd year of Reiwa and is now an unmanned station. There is a free parking lot around the station, which is convenient for a walk. There is also a bus taxi terminal, but there are no users!

小	小林隆志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて八ッ場ダムへ訪れた時はまだいろんな場所が建設中でした。その時に旧川原湯温泉駅も訪れました。「この駅舎は八ッ場ダムが完成したらダム湖に沈む」ということを聞き、あれからかなりの年月が経過していたので再び訪れました。とてもきれいで整備された駅舎でした。ただ、旧駅舎の面影はまったくありませんでした。周辺の観光地の地図もホワイトボートに書かれていましたが、何故か手書きでした。 When I first visited Yamba Dam, various places were still under construction. I heard that this station building will sink into the dam lake when the Yamba dam is completed, and it has been a long time since then, so I visited again. It was a very clean and well-maintained station building. However, there was no remnant of the old station building.
